One was an excellent version of a Caesar salad on pizza crust: hot, just cheesy enough & nicely balanced, complete with croutons. The other slice was thick & heavy with bits of greens, swirled sauce & overwhelming dollops of ricotta: a bit bland & too much. Both crusts were very good: thin, crunchy & chewy - well cooked. I'd definitely return for the 'Caesar' & other, lighter varieties but not any with glops of soft cheese on top.April 17, 2017
