The barkeep, Ray, though busy, took our orders and still made sure we were satisfied throughout our meal. I inquired about some whiskey and cocktails, and he explained the ingredients in detail. He even have me a sip of Hudson Whiskey and a taste of "The Spencer" because I wondered what they tasted like. My wife ordered the skirt steak and I the New York strip. Both were amazing--cooked to our preference and delicious. Great service, great food, great environment. I do recommend making reservations before you go.March 30, 2017
